The Pediatric Interest Group hosted a panel of faculty pediatricians representing backgrounds in academic medicine, research, general pediatrics, and a variety of specialties including hospital medicine, cardiology, gastrointestinal, hematology/oncology, and critical care. Each physician gave an introduction of their training and responsibilities and students had the opportunity to ask questions of the panelists. It was a very successful first lunch meeting for the future pediatricians of our class.
