Dr. Robyn Hoelle, a UF COM Junior Honors graduate and current EM physician at Shands-Gainesville, delivered a lunch talk to medical students interested in a career in emergency medicine about what the specialty offers and how to become a competitive candidate in the field. Attendees were informed about various sub-specialties, research opportunities in EM, and how to get involved in professional organizations such as ACEP/FCEP/EMRA, SAEM and more.
