What is the Purpose of the Event? GSO tailgates help establish an identity and social outlet for graduate students in the biomedical sciences program. Tailgates provide a platform for simple, fun activities that alleviate stress and allow for students to interact over food.
What is the Benefit to the State, the university, and/or your organization? GSO tailgates provide an opportunity for graduate students to interact outside the laboratory and provide a break from their rigorous workloads and coursework, many of whom who are doing so at great distances from family.
