Questions/Concerns
We received partial funding for this event last year, formerly submitted by president of the organization. We are aware of the timeline constraints, but still are hoping for continued funding of this trip. Last year we had funding approved for 5 members, but had a last minute cancellation, so we were refunded on a per-person expense basis.
Flights have already been purchased by some attendees, so we are only requesting funding approval for lodging.
