Event held by APAMSA – Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association on 10/08/2018:
APAMSA was delighted to invite Dr. David McMahon from the Integrative Medicine Program. Dr. McMahon gave an overview of the history, philosophy, and applications of acupuncture and cupping. He also gave several demonstrations during his presentation, including a demonstration of cupping both by suction and with heated glass cups, as well as acupuncture. Dr. McMahon also discussed current research on alternative medicine.
