Pastor Dean Cowles, a perspicacious missionary pastor at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya shared his insight and awe-inspiring experience working at a unique hospital in a very unique place. His wife, Dr. Cheryl Cowles, is the only full-time OB/Gyn at the 380 bed hospital.
