OSIG – Orthopaedic Surgery Resident Panel

Event held by OSIG – Orthopedic Surgery Interest Group on 02/21/2019:

Orthopaedic residents discussed their backgrounds and why they chose to go into orthopaedic surgery. They shared what their lifestyles have been like in residency as well. They answered questions regarding things that could be done during pre-clinical and clinical years that make students competitive applicants for the orthopaedic programs and provided tips on how to get involved in research and shadowing in the UF orthopaedic department.
