The IMIG greatly appreciated Dr. Ellen Zimmerman discussing her path to becoming a gastroenterologist, the field of gastroenterology, and what it looks like to balance the clinic, teaching, research, administration, and family life. We are looking forward to Dr. Jamie Conti’s discussion on September 24th as she explains the field of internal medicine as a whole, including each of the subspecialties.
