Event held by NIM – Nutrition in Medicine on 12/03/2019:
Dr. Carter is a practicing pediatrician and the director of the culinary medicine elective for fourth-year medical students. She spoke about the important role nutrition plays in her practice and answered questions from students. She also spoke about the culinary medicine elective for anyone interested in learning more about the course and her involvement in nutrition in medicine at UF.
