What is the Purpose of the Event? The winter event is the formal for the class of 2021 Physician Assistant Students. All 60 of the students will be in attendance to the event, as well as guests. We are requesting funds ($470) to cover part of the cost of the venue.
We do have other guests that are invited (15 significant others), but all other guests will be purchasing their own tickets. Tickets are being sold seperately to cover their cost of attendance.
What is the Benefit to the State, the university, and/or your organization? This winter formal is an opportunity to bring the students together and to celebrate the success of the first semester. It is one of the few formal gatherings the program hosts during the entire duration at UF.
