Join Dr. Robert Decker, Dr. Chris Reb, UF Orthopaedic Surgery Residents, and 4th-year medical students entering Orthopaedic Surgery for a discussion of the trials and tribulations of the residency match process during the COVID-19 pandemic. This discussion will provide attendees with insight into how to succeed in the residency match process, lessons learned from this year, and advice to future applicants including strategies for picking away rotations. We anticipate this discussion to be most relevant to current 3rd years, but all students are welcome to attend.
