Event held by LMSA – Latino Medical Student Association on 08/31/2021:
First and second years came together to work on a GI clinical case. We began the meeting by having some people practice in front of everyone how to introduce themselves. We then went over basic definitions with everyone as a group. We then split in two groups and had the students interview us in Spanish as we role-played as Spanish-speaking patients.
