Ah, the holiday season: a time for all to come together and break bread when the weather gets chilly. But what’s that lurking in grandma’s coleslaw?! Nothing but love, we hope! To satiate our curiosity, we welcomed Professor Keith Schneider, Ph.D., of the UF Food Science and Human Nutrition Department to walk us through cases of dangers that can lurk in our food, how we’ve dealt with them in the past, and how we can continue to address them to keep you and your loved ones safe.
