Welcome to the Arts in Medicine Committee!
Our purpose is to explore creativity and artistic expression as a means of enriching both medical practice and our individual lives. Art and medicine are both inextricably entwined, as art allows us to express ourselves authentically and foster deep connections with those around us. From providing emotional support to restoring a sense of individuality, art has a unique power to transform and humanize the patient experience. Whether you’re seeking a fun opportunity to paint with your peers, or seeking meaningful volunteering opportunities to connect with the community, Arts in Medicine has a place for you! We embrace all skill levels and want to be an outlet for creativity, fun, and stress relief!
