Responsible for detailed review of event and activity requests submitted by MCC Committees. Provides approval and guidelines for committee requests that align with MCC and College of Medicine policies. Routinely updates and publishes MCC event calendar. Maintains knowledge and record of events and activities held by each MCC committee to ensure minimal overlap/event duplication.

Responsible for external MCC communication and updates. Will provide weekly updates regarding upcoming events and general council meetings to the student body. Will curate and provide the agenda and minutes for MCC Executive Board meetings. Maintains website; updating pages and forms as needed. Compiles pictures and event outcomes from follow-up forms to produce a quarterly event highlight graphic.

Responsible for providing a funds usage proposal for the MCC budget to the MCC Advisors, and tracking said usage throughout the academic year. Share budget updates at MCC Executive Board meetings. Provides approval and guidelines for committee funding requests that align with MCC and College of Medicine policies. Maintains and updates approved MCC Caterer list.

Serves as an advisor and support to MCC Committees, providing guidance regarding MCC policies and procedures, and will be responsible for submission of monthly group activity reports. Serves as an advocate for the creation of new committees and is involved in the review process. Works alongside Executive Board to facilitate the Committee of the Year award.
