IG Meetings Related Requests

Officers will find the 4 links helpful when organizing meetings.

Room Request To request a room for your meeting. Please note: HMEB doesn’t automatically show up. Students will need to add Harrell Medical Education Bldg. Click the “Locations” tab, then “Add/Remove Locations”.
Meeting Approval Request (Fast Track) To request MCC approval for your meeting. This must be done no fewer than 14 business days before your meeting.
Student Activity Request (SAR) To gain pre-approval for reimbursement. This must be done no fewer than 10 business days before your meeting.
Activity Report Form To be submitted after your event. Include a description and photo of your event to get credit.
