|To request a room for your meeting. Please note: HMEB doesn’t automatically show up. Students will need to add Harrell Medical Education Bldg. Click the “Locations” tab, then “Add/Remove Locations”.
|Meeting Approval Request (Fast Track)
|To request MCC approval for your meeting. This must be done no fewer than 14 business days before your meeting.
|Student Activity Request (SAR)
|To gain pre-approval for reimbursement. This must be done no fewer than 10 business days before your meeting.
|Activity Report Form
|To be submitted after your event. Include a description and photo of your event to get credit.
