Purpose of Trip: The American College of Emergency Physicians is the largest college representing physicians practicing Emergency Medicine. The annual conference in October is a major event which will provide students excellent opportunities to attend workshops, lectures, and task-force meetings regarding the latest breakthroughs and issues in Emergency Medicine. In addition to this, the conference also hosts a residency fair for emergency medicine which will provide students the invaluable opportunity to meet and network with program directors from all over the United States.
