What is the Purpose of the Event? Combine clinical skills lessons (suturing, IV placement, intubation, etc.) with food, fun, games and networking among emergency medicine physicians and students. The event is essentially a large skills clinic with a carnival-themed twist.
What is the Benefit to the State, the university, and/or your organization? The event will increase interest in emergency medicine, teach students relevant clinical skills, provide valuable links between residents and medical students, and be a unique event the UF COM can advertise to future students.

Questions/Concerns
If there are limitations, our top priority from this list is sutures, followed by pizza (though all items are important). For your information, there is an item that we need (IV catheters) but did not include on this form because we are still securing feasible vendor options; we were hoping to use $200 from our Outside Revenue (listed in the additional funding section) for this purpose.
