Event held by WILD – Wilderness Medicine Interest Group on 11/14/2018:
For the first meeting of the year, WILD hosted a MedWAR panel with several students who participated in the event this past April. Topics breached included how to train for the 17-mile adventure race, how to prepare for the different questions and scenarios, what to pack in your backpack and car, and what to expect about the race weekend. This allowed interested MS1s to get a head start in creating teams and training for MedWAR 2019.
